This recipe will take your traditional banana bread to a whole new level by combining 3 of our favorite baking ingredients, BANANAS, CHOCOLATE + PEANUT BUTTER!

Double Chocolate Banana Bread

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup milk of preference

  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

  • 3 medium, pretty ripe bananas (riper = sweeter)

  • ⅓ cup maple syrup

  • ¼ cup coconut oil, melted

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 2 cups all-intent flour

  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ tsp cinnamon

  • ½ cup chocolate chips

  • Optional: banana slices, peanut butter, more chocolate chips

Process:

  1. In a little bowl, blend the milk and vinegar with each other and established apart.

  2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas right until easy. Then combine in all the remaining damp substances, which include the milk/vinegar mixture.

  3. Combine in all the dry components until just mixed and then fold in the chocolate chips.

  4. Insert batter to a well prepared loaf pan (optional: prime with banana slices, peanut butter drizzle and more chocolate chips). Bake at 350F for 65-75 minutes or right up until a toothpick inserted in the middle of the loaf will come out thoroughly clean.

  5. Allow the loaf interesting on a cooling rack in advance of slicing into it.
