Arbonne Company History: How It Started

Petter Mørck has been working in the Norwegian skincare industry since 1965. In 1975, he moved to Switzerland and work with Pierre Bottiglieri in skincare products. A Laboratoires Cosmetiques employee sees that ingredients that are used in the company’s products, it is harmful to the skin.

According to a story published by Arbonne, Bottiglieri, and Mørck collaborated to create a line of products that contained no petroleum or animal products and Laboratories Cosmetics Arval, which sold rebranding formulations.

Mørck was active in the company until his death in 2008. His son Stian Mørck is the current VP brand ambassador of Arbonne. From 1991 to 2011, Rita Davenport served as the company’s first president.

Harvest Partners bought both companies in 2005 and named the new acquisition Natural Products Group, LLC. Natural Products Group has agreed to sell Arbonne and Nature’s Gate to Group Rocher in February 2018.

Until the last report of 2017, Arbonne company claimed, they have 320000 consultants worldwide.
