Editorial Policy
Organic Raw Diet publishes evidence-based vegan and vegetarian nutrition guides for US readers. Every article states who it is for, what to do, and how to measure the result. This page explains how we research, review, and correct our work.
How we research
We prioritize primary sources: USDA FoodData Central, National Institutes of Health fact sheets, FDA guidance, and peer-reviewed journals. For claims about protein quality, we compare amino-acid data and serving sizes rather than repeating marketing language. When evidence is mixed, we say so and avoid absolute promises.
Independence and funding
Rankings and recommendations are not for sale. Sponsored placements, affiliate links, and advertising are disclosed where they appear and do not change editorial conclusions. We do not accept payment to remove criticism or to add a product to a guide.
Review and updates
Lead editor Wibi Sena reviews every guide before publication and checks numbers against the cited source. Guides are refreshed when nutrition guidance, product formulas, or regulatory rules change. Corrected articles carry a new updated date, and material corrections are described in the article when practical.
Corrections
If you find an error, send the page URL and the specific claim through our contact page. We verify the source, correct the text, and update the timestamp. Our use of drafting tools is described in the AI disclosure.
