Planet Vegan explosion: Fresno’s food truck community comes together to support victims

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) — The foods truck community is coming alongside one another to help support preferred food stuff truck Earth Vegan and just one of its entrepreneurs, who was badly burned in an explosion Friday.

Foodstuff trucks will be established up Thursday evening at The Perfectly at Maple and Nees Ave., Crow & Wolf Brewing Company, and the Kingsburg Farmer’s Marketplace.

In addition, Tioga Sequoia and Gazebo Gardens will be donating a portion of their proceeds that evening.
